Kneading Therapy has a 24 hour cancellation policy, which means that as a condition of booking your appointment you agree to give at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling.
If you are not able to give adequate notice, please understand that you will be charged a late cancel fee equal to the cost of your booked appointment.
